套细胞淋巴瘤

截至2025年1月27日数据截止日期，BRUIN研究共纳入778例患者，其中166例为套细胞淋巴瘤（MCL）患者。疗效分析纳入了符合以下条件的MCL患者：

• 存在可测量病灶；
• 曾参与I期或II期试验；
• 既往接受过含布鲁顿氏酪氨酸激酶（BTK）抑制剂的治疗方案；以及
• 无中枢神经系统受累。^1-3

表 1列出了截至 2025 年 1 月 27 日数据截止日期，MCL 患者按先前接受 BTK 抑制剂治疗情况的疗效。³
